A thin plate normally in the shape of a disk with a hole in the middle is called as a washer. It used to distribute the load on a fastener such as a screw or a bolt. It is generally threaded to receive the bolt or screw.

We make copper washers in all dimensions and sizes. Presently we offer Copper washers and Brass washers in the range of 0.3mm to 5mm in terms of thickness.

Washers are also important for preventing galvanic corrosion, particularly by insulating steel screws from aluminum surfaces. Washers are generally made from pressing the metal but can also be machined.
